Thomas A. Corroto, Principal

Tom Corroto is a CPA with nine years experience serving a variety of clients in the areas of strategic planning, process reengineering and performance metrics. Three of those years were in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Mergers and Acquisitions Risk Services practice. Clients have ranged from local privately-held companies to publicly held global corporations in manufacturing, healthcare and services industries. Most recently, his consulting has focused on Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Compliance.

Prior to his work as a consultant, Tom served for 13 years as CFO or Controller at three healthcare / insurance companies. Tom gained experience in financial and operational reporting to shareholders, regulators and management for private and publicly held companies. He created environments of continuous improvement, developing the tools necessary to measure and improve financial and operational performance.

Tom has experience coaching executives, managing and developing accounting and operational staff. He provides strong project management, computer and analytical skills to clients.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Youngstown State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.
